Hello, we are the Vassios family!
Our passion for high-quality and nutritious food began after the birth of our oldest daughter. This realization led us to begin sourcing our family's pastured beef and pork from local farms and to begin raising our own chicken for meat and eggs. After years of thriving on this food, we felt called to produce these same pastured products for others.
We are thrilled to serve our local and regional communities by providing high-quality, nutritious beef, chicken, and eggs from our family farm to your table. We look forward to serving you.

OUR MISSION
QUALITY
The quality of life of the animals on our farm dictates the quality of the meat and eggs. We strive to provide superior quality in our products that will be apparent from the first bite to the last.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
We would love for you to come visit our farm and learn more about our farming practices. Here at Long View Pastures, we have a passion for educating others about the importance of eating nutrient dense foods and raising our animals well.
SOIL HEALTH
We aim to take the "long view" approach on our farm to the quality of our soil and pastures. This means frequently moving our animals to fresh grass, allowing them to deposit nutrients into the soil, then leaving the soil to regenerate and become more fertile with every season.
NUTRIENT DENSITY
We take the "long view" approach to our own health. This means raising our animals in such a way that their meat and byproducts are more nutrient dense, without hormones or antibiotics.
